So, Duke was a proud husband a few weeks ago. Coming from someone who went to her first Major League baseball game with the Cheney family in San Francisco when Duke and I were dating, this is pretty funny... It started with Duke going with a friend to a baseball game to see the Giants here in Denver. His friend from school had an extra ticket, so Duke got the invite. I was pretty bummed, myself wanting to go, but I was going survive. Then, I got to work and my co-worker has season tickets, and she couldn't go, so she gave me her tickets! Yahoo! (this was on Monday) And, so, I invited the wife (tracy) of the guy from school that Duke went with and we went to the game as well. (rockies won) Then, Tuesday, my co-worker gave me her tickets again and Duke and I went again to see the Giants Vs. Rockies. (giants won). Then, on Friday, Tracy invited me to go to the game with her so once again to the game I go. And, finally... Duke worked on Saturday and there was a rare Saturday day-game, so I went to the game with our friends - Brad and Carena, in the pics. Two games with Duke, Two games without Duke all in one week!... :) I'll just mention that I did root for the Rockies when the Giants were in town (husband not so proud) while Duke rooted for the Giants. I couldn't help myself!
Coors field is pretty awesome. We are in the nose-bleeds, but still not a bad seat!
YUMMY! This is called a squishy... frozen lemonade! Can't beat that on a Very HOT Saturday day game!
