I've been having to use these quite a lot lately as I've been doing some traveling for work and they are also available to use in the public restrooms at my office in Reno. This is seriously a BIG thing to discover as it is quite frustrating when you have to use these every time you use the restroom and those things just don't cooperate 99.9% of the time! (you put them on, they fall off into the water, they never lay flat, most times I wonder if it's worth the effort and frustration!)
Then, a couple weeks ago at work I was once again getting frustrated because the person that installed them in the holder must have pushed too many in it because they were not coming out in one piece from being packed in so tight. THEN, it hit me! If you remove the tongue of those things, they lay flat and stay put! VOILA!
If they only had instructions on those things for how to use them, then it wouldn't take so long for people like me to figure them out :)
